Сarbon paste
Сarbon paste
Svetorezerv plant produces compositions of carbon paste compositions consisting of a mixture of fine and ultrafine
powders of graphite and carbon black, mixtures of ultrafine metal powders
mainly from Ni3B, Ni, Cr, Al and polymer binder, with ultrafine powders
are evenly spaced between the functional phases of these compositions, which
provides stability of electro-physical characteristics, increasing the value of specific power.
We offer carbon paste, which is made on a uniform
spatial distribution of ultrafine particles between finely dispersed functional
conductive phases.
End product description:
Import-substituting technology for the production of carbon paste with improved
electrophysical characteristics for the production of conductive and resistive
elements in household appliances, electronics, medicine. Technological
equipment for uniform spatial distribution of functional elements
carbon paste to achieve a wide range of electrical and mechanical
properties.
Electrically conductive carbon ink and pastes
Our conductive carbon pastes can be used for a wide range of applications, including: biomedical sensors, automotive, electrodes, aerospace, printed heaters, printed resistors, membrane touch switches, keyboards, and thin film photovoltaic cells including perovskite solar cells.

Long lasting and highly reliable thermosetting carbon pastes (4001S and 4010S) are available to withstand extreme mechanical abrasion tests. Our low temperature curing carbon pastes (4300S series) are ideal where printed resistors are required, covering a wide range of resistivity and compatible with substrates such as paper and PET. 4311S has excellent electrical conductivity (<20 ohm / □ / 25 μm) and is ideal for thin film photovoltaic systems.
4511S (15 ohm / □ / 25 μm) is a fast drying thermoplastic carbon paste system designed for coating flexible plastic substrates. Thermoplastic pastes with increased sheet strength are also available, please contact us for more information.
DM-CAP-4701S is a high conductivity paste for perovskite solar cells. This material provides superior energy conversion efficiency while providing excellent durability. This material is usually screen printed or blade coated, although syringe based systems are also available.
We supply our materials to customers around the world, offering flexible delivery services from small to large volumes to meet our customers' production needs.
We can quickly adapt formulations to specific customer requirements.
The advantages of our paste systems:
• Excellent stability> 6 months.
• High productivity of the press.
• Excellent screen life> 8 hours.
• Low thermal coefficient of resistance <60 ppm / ºC
• Adapted paste systems with specific resistivity available
• High electrical conductivity <20 ohm / sq / mil
• Excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates including FR4, PET, glass, perovskite solar cells and metals.
• Excellent resistance to mechanical abrasion.
• Smooth surface after sintering
• High coverage area to reduce paste consumption.
• Compatible with flat and rotary screen printing.
• Excellent durability.
• Curing at low temperatures
• Compatible with flexible substrates
• Fast drying.
To support our customers' product development using our advanced material systems, we work together:
Design / concept development.
Manufacturing of prototype systems.
Evaluate products in appropriate testing environments for compliance with ISO / ASTM standards.
Development of any required technical process.
To provide this service, we have a dedicated team of engineers with a diverse set of skills, including capabilities in software development, electronics design, and 3D mechanical design and assembly. This allows Svetorezerv to efficiently transfer our clients' concepts from prototype to product launch.
